Price depends on the number of workflows, the tools to connect and the volume. You get a fixed quote after the call or the audit. Prices exclude VAT.
A first workflow is usually in production within 2 to 3 weeks. Projects with several agents and integrations take 4 to 8 weeks.
You can carry on yourselves with the documentation, hire me for one-off changes or, if the project revolves around Zendesk, move to the monthly administration service.
It depends on volume. For most SMBs, API usage sits between a few tens and a few hundred euros a month. I estimate it before we start and you pay Anthropic directly, with no middleman.
